Privacy Policy

The safe keeping of all member personal information is of paramount importance to the Miami ASTD Chapter. All member information (including your email address) will be kept strictly confidential, and the Chapter does not, under any circumstances, rent, sell or distribute any personal information submitted by Chapter members, registered users or visitors to our website to any outside third party.

Personal information submitted to the Chapter website will be used only for the purpose for which it was asked. When Chapter members search the membership database, they will see only the information on a member that the Chapter has been instructed to make available to fellow chapter members. Aggregate, non-personally identifying information may be both used internally and shared externally (for example, the number of chapter members).

The Miami Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development is committed to upholding our members’ and visitors’ right to privacy. Should you have any questions or suspect a breach of these policies, please contact the Chapter's President or VP-Membership.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Up until three (3) days prior to the date of the event or whenever the Chapter needs to inform the venue of final expected attendance numbers (whichever is sooner), you can contact us to cancel for a full refund.

Anytime after that, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the Chapter.
