Planning Retreats: -- Our sessions are truly unique. they include vision mapping, strategy wall-boarding, and action time lines to build a “visual consensus” on the wall for all to support. Our most requested format, “Shared Vision and Action Planning”, puts everyone on the same page. We also bring our computer to the session, input the plan, and return it to clients 3 days later.

Training Sessions -- We can develop a group of master facilitators in your company with our Facilitation Training and Mentoring Series. We develop customized exercises, case studies, and client simulations and participants practice new skills in the class. We also teach Win-Win Negotiation, Leadership/Communication Styles, High Performance Interviewing and Performance Appraisal.
