RSS, which stands for Really Simple Syndication, is a format that allows Web sites to deliver regularly changing Web content directly to whoever wants it. Many news-related sites, weblogs and other online publishers syndicate their content as an RSS Feed. By subscribing to an RSS feed, you retrieve the latest content from the sites you are interested in without having to visit each site individually and figure out what's new.
Want to subscribe to Miami ASTD's RSS feed? You will need an RSS feed reader to subscribe to the RSS feed. Internet Explorer 7 has a feed reader built into the browser that you accees in the same place you access your Favorites. There are also web-based feed readers available at no charge, such as Google Reader. Once your feed reader is in place, simply click on the [rss] link on the Miami ASTD home page and then click subscribe.
