This CPLP study session will address Career Coaching and Planning, one of the nine areas of expertise covered on the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance examination. Coaching and Career Planning explores the relationship between workforce planning and strategic planning,  the role of HR in succession planning as a critical business process and the concept of coaching as a tool to enhance human performance and development.

The study session will be facilitated by Chapter member and President-Elect Solymar Torres.

Who should attend:  Chapter members preparing for the CPLP™ certification exam and Chapter members who wish to learn more about the topic.
