This CPLP study session will address Managing Organizational Knowledge, one of the nine areas of expertise covered on the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance examination. Managing Organizational Knowledge defines and explores knowledge management. Knowledge management is the explicit and systematic management of intellectual capital and organizational knowledge as well as the associated processes of creating, gathering, organizing, retrieving, leveraging, and using intellectual capital for the purposes of improving organizations and the people in them.
The study session will be facilitated by Chapter member and President Bennett Taylor.
Who should attend: Chapter members preparing for the CPLP™ certification exam and Chapter members who wish to learn more about the topic.
