About Our Presenter:

Marilyn Durant is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources with over 20 years combined experience in Fortune 500 companies as a Human Resources and Training Executive in a variety service related industries in South Florida including Bloomingdales, Sysco Foods, Burdines and Jordan Marsh Stores. Her consulting career started in 1995 where she co-founded her first HR consulting company, Berke-Durant & Associates; which was later merged with a public accounting Firm where she headed up the Florida HR Consulting practice. She was later recruited by Right Management Consultants as VP Client Services and was again recruited by a client as VP of HR for a national aesthetics start-up company. After the company relocated, she took control of her own career and recreated her new consulting practice, Durant Resources Group, Inc.
