About our Presenter
Eric Larmerhas over 25 years of business experience in the technology, financial services, consulting, and nonprofit industries. He has an extensive corporate background in leadership positions and 10+ years of experience in training, coaching, and group facilitation.
An accomplished coach for the past 10+ years, Mr. Larmer has guided senior executive teams and individuals in a wide variety of industries. His coaching expertise includes coaching executives 1:1 in highly visible, nuanced leadership roles, providing coach-the-coach training within client companies, and leading sessions with senior management teams.
Prior to Lee Hecht Harrison, Eric was a Partner with Camden Consulting Group, a highly respected leadership consulting firm in Boston. In addition to his delivery role, he was involved in sale and business development at CCG.
